Delete your Hydro account

You can delete your Hydro account (by VISION SYSTEMS CORP) and its data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open Hydro.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes:

• your Firebase account (email, name, profile photo link);
• all app data on the device: water history, goals, streaks, badges, profile details and your profile photo.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, send a request from the email address linked to your account:

• To: adilxankenesov11@gmail.com
• Subject: Delete my Hydro account

We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept
