Hydro (“the app”) is developed by VISION SYSTEMS CORP (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can control it.
When you create an account or sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) processes your email address, name and, for Google accounts, your profile photo URL. We use this only to sign you in and to show your name and photo in the app.
The app stores the following locally on your device in an app-private database:
This data is not uploaded to our servers. If you enable Android device backup, Android may include it in your encrypted Google backup, which Google manages under its own privacy policy.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash traces, device model, OS version and an installation identifier so that we can find and fix bugs.
Google Analytics for Firebase collects anonymous app usage events (for example screen views and app opens), device information and an app instance identifier, to help us understand how the app is used and to improve it.
We use data only to provide and improve the app: sign-in, reminders, statistics, fixing crashes and understanding feature usage. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Data is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google Firebase), who process it on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). On-device data is stored in app-private storage that other apps cannot read.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
